Procedure for participating in the competition for the Erasmus+ credit academic mobility program

Step 1. Contacting the graduating department

The student contacts the graduating department to request consideration for participation in the program.

The department compares the academic disciplines of the Ukrainian educational program in which the student is enrolled with those of the Erasmus+ ICM program at the partner higher education institution, the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland (Austria), for the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

If the disciplines match, the department prepares two service notes (according to the list of mobility documents). It notifies the Institute administration of the need to issue a transcript of records (academic transcript).

Students for whom the department has not prepared two service notes, and the administration has not issued an academic transcript – meaning those who do not have supporting documents regarding the possibility of credit transfer of learning outcomes – will not be admitted to the English language testing.

Step 2. Preparation of personal documents

The student prepares the following documents:

  • 2 service notes from the graduating department;
  • academic transcript;
  • scanned copy of the international passport (first spread, PDF format);
  • CV in English (PDF format with a photo, maximum 2 pages);
  • motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF format);
  • passport-format photo (.jpeg);
  • foreign language proficiency certificate (if available).

Motivation letters will be checked for plagiarism and the use of artificial intelligence. It is forbidden to submit the same motivation letter for multiple mobility programs.

Step 3. Submission of documents

The application package is submitted simultaneously in electronic and printed formats through the graduating department to the International Relations Office (room 213-C).

Email address for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua.

Documents NOT formatted in accordance with the requirements will not be accepted.

For more detailed information, please contact the International Relations Office at interoffice@nupp.edu.ua (room 213-C).

Important! By submitting documents for participation, candidates hereby confirm that they are familiar with the Regulations on the procedure for exercising the right to academic mobility by higher education students, doctoral students, and staff of National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» and undertake to act in accordance with the requirements of these Regulations.
