The results of the competitive selection of executors of the state order for qualification development of public officials and local government officials are gone public. National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” became the leader and the only institution in the Poltava region that received a state order from the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service.
Volumes of the state order are approved by the Order of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (NACS) from 03.08.2021 №119-21.
“For ten years, the university has been training professional public administrators and public officials. Given the high quality of the organization of preparing in the specialty “Public Administration”, National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” is annually granted the right to train masters in the specialty by state order. We currently have a separate state order to improve the qualifications of current public officials and to update their professional competencies in accordance with modern professional challenges. Specialists – scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Public Administration, Administration and Law – will prepare them,” – commented Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences Iryna Krekoten.
Qualification development of public officials and local government officials will take place under one general professional (certificate) program and 2 general short-term programs, namely:
- General professional (certificate) advanced program “Development of qualification of public officials holding civil service positions of category “B””;
- General short-term advanced program for public officials holding civil service positions of category “B” and “C”, local government officials on the integrity and prevention of corruption;
- General short-term advanced program for public officials holding civil service positions of category “B” and “C”, local government officials on communication and interaction.
