The British Association for Slavonic and East European Studies (BASEES) offers five scholarships for Ukrainian scholars in the field of humanities and social sciences. The program provides a one-off scholarship of 1,000 pounds to support the intellectual activity of scientists. In addition, each scholarship holder will receive membership in BASEES for a period of 12 months and will be able to present their research at regular BASEES Talks seminars.
Scientists who are currently in Ukraine, work in Ukrainian academic institutions, have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in the field of humanities and social sciences, or are postgraduate students will be able to receive scholarships.
To apply for a scholarship, one must fill out the application form by January 31, 2023.
