National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" announces an additional acceptance of applications and documents for admission to the master's program at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities.
Entrants on the basis of complete general secondary education submit applications in electronic form through the entrant's account for relevant competition offers. Entrants based on the educational and qualification level "junior specialist" (educational level junior bachelor), AD (academic degree) professional junior bachelor, who wish to apply for admission in the second round, should write a letter to the address vtsup@nupp.edu.ua of the admission committee of Poltava Polytechnic with specifying the specialty, course and form of education to create the necessary competitive proposal with the subsequent submission of an electronic application.
Entrants who wish to obtain a second higher education under a bachelor's degree must submit applications and documents in a paper form directly to the selection commissions of educational and research institutes and faculties.
Additional admission for the master's degree is carried out until November 30, 2022.
To register, the applicant must send scanned copies (photocopies) to the official email address of the admission committee or using another communication channel determined by the institution of higher education:
- a completed application form with the information necessary for the preparation of the examination sheet;
- an identity document;
- taxpayer registration card (except for persons who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to receive a registration number of a taxpayer registration card);
- a certificate issued at the place of study regarding the planned completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in the year of admission (if these persons have not yet submitted information to EDEBO);
- a document on the level of higher education obtained (educational and qualification level) (for persons who completed their studies in previous years);
- a medical report in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (if necessary, the creation of certain (special) conditions for passing MKT/MTNK).
