AIESEC was created by young people for young people. The AIESEC environment creates new challenges and expands opportunities for youth development. The organization has created all the necessary conditions for the enhancement of one’s skills and values of a true leader. AIESEC’s activities are aimed at developing young people in a practical environment.
In order to become a member of the AIESEC youth movement you need to go through 3 stages of selection:
- Filling in the form: after registration you will be contacted and the next steps will be explained.
- AIESEC meeting and interview: more information about the organization and opportunities for its development will be presented at the meeting. If you pass the interview successfully, you will receive an invitation to the introductory conference.
- Introductory conference: the conference will present even more information about the culture of AIESEC and its organization from the inside; you will meet other members of the organization.

AIESEC is the largest youth movement with more than 70,000 members, bringing together active and ambitious young people from around the world. The activities of the organization are aimed at the development of youth in a practical environment.
Intensive experience of teamwork will ensure the advancement of personal and professional qualities in an environment that inspires development every day. At AIESEC, members of the organization will have the opportunity to build self-discipline, as well as soft-skills and hard-skills.
