The partner of Poltava Polytechnic, Białystok University of Technology (Poland), invites 1 student of Poltava Polytechnic to participate in the Erasmus+ KA171 Credit Mobility Programme in the spring semester of the academic year 2024/2025.
For whom:
- For students of all the educational and research institutes of Poltava Polytechnic.
Number of positions: 1
Duration of mobility: 5 months
Start of the semester: 27 February 2025.
Scholarship: 800 EUR/month + 275 EUR for transport costs (one-time).
The language of study is English (B2/C1 level).
Application deadline: 09 January 2025.
English language test – 10 January 2025 at 09.00, room 318 C and 325 C (in case of air raid alert – A-building shelter).
Poltava Polytechnic students can study the following specialities:
- Mathematics (Applied Mathematics)
- Information and Communication Technologies
- Chemical Engineering and Processes / Environmental Protection Technology
- Electricity and Energy / Electronics and Automation
- Architecture and town planning
- Building and civil engineering

Information for students
Important! Candidates who wish to participate in the programme must successfully pass the English language test and interview.
In accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ programme and the agreement between the universities, preference will be given to students from low-income families; students with young children; students with disabilities; students who have been adopted; students with chronic illnesses or other special health-related needs, provided that the academic performance and level of English are equal.
The selection of candidates will also take into account any social, volunteer, educational, scientific initiatives, programmes, projects in which the candidate has participated.
What documents are required for participation?
- 2 official notes from the graduating department
- Certificate of academic performance from the directorate / dean’s office
- Scanned copy of the passport (first spread, pdf format)
- CV in English (in PDF format with a photo, no more than 2 pages)
- Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, pdf format)
- Passport size photo (.jpg)
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency (if any)
Motivation letters are checked for plagiarism and the use of artificial intelligence.
It is forbidden to submit the same motivation letter for several mobilities.
Documents that do not comply with the requirements will not be accepted.
NB! The student submits the above documents in one package to the International Relations Department through their graduating department in printed and electronic form. The package of documents should be sent to interoffice@nupp.edu.ua.
