Twenty public sector employees received their second higher education and became graduates of Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management. Seven graduates received honors degrees.

These are special graduates who efficiently combined fulfilling their duties while working at responsible positions, and studying at the Department of Public Administration and Law of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”. Receiving second higher education is their conscious and responsible decision, because the public sector is modernizing, and our university is the first to adapt study plans for modern public administration needs. Educating qualified personnel, necessary for quality functioning of state organizations, local government bodies and ensuring the national interests of Ukraine, is one of our missions!” said Rector of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
Director of Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management, PhD in Economics Iryna Chernysh congratulated the graduates too: “This is an exciting moment for me - congratulating our graduates for receiving the Master’s degree. It is up to you to implement new quality changes at state level. I am sincerely thankful to you for being one of my favourite phrase’s personification, “People develop until they know what they do not know”. With our help, you became one step closer to you aim, your set life goals. Congratulations to you and your families! May you reach success and the most ambitious career plans!”
“It is of special pleasure for me to congratulate you, because while being in public sector each of you wants to achieve personal development, changes in citizens’ minds. Having come here with certain experience and formed mindset, you became for us advisers with whom we could dispute as equals. It is greatly important that the practice is not separated from the theory. I wish you not stopping at your current achievements!” said the Head of the Department of Public Administration and Law, PhD in Economics, Honored Economist of Ukraine, Volodymyr Hryshko.
“I am very thankful to all of us because this is really our collective work. It was pleasant to study together, it was great to return to my home university again. I would like to wish us all success, may our country develop, and we will change it together, investing our own knowledge in it,” said Dmytro Zadvorkin on behalf of the graduates of Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management 2020 to the university and his group-mates.
