In order to provide initial information about the German higher education system to Ukrainian students and scholars, DAAD has launched the website of the National Academic Contact Center for Ukraine.
This platform contains information and support offers for Ukrainian students and scientists on:
- residence;
- use of university equipment;
- training and research;
- daily life in Germany.
The website is available in German and English, the Ukrainian version is expanding every time. Also on the platform, Ukrainian students and scholars can learn about German universities, the Alliance of Scientific Organizations and other institutions organizations in the field of science, as well as student unions and foundations.
Currently, the website has about 60 offers in the field of science. The National Academic Contact Center also responds to individual requests from Ukrainian students and scientists, who can immediately seek advice in Ukrainian. Universities, research organizations and foundations can send their proposals to support students and researchers directly to the DAAD.
