Erasmus+ programme competitions for 2023 are announced

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites educational institutions and organizations working in the field of education, youth and sports to take part in competitions for projects of the European Union Erasmus+ 2023 programme.

Erasmus+ is a tool for the implementation of reforms for the development of the European educational space and the fulfillment of homework in the field of education of Ukraine on the way to joining the European Union.

As a partner of the program, Ukraine has access to more than 30 competitions, in particular international academic mobility and potential development in the fields of higher and vocational education, educational mobility of young people, virtual exchanges, cooperation projects in the fields of school, vocational, technical, higher as well as adult and youth education and sports, centers of professional excellence, alliances for innovation in the fields of higher and vocational education, European alliances of universities, European Jean Monnet studies, etc. Ukrainian higher education institutions can be applicants in 9 competitions, partners in others.

The European Union has increased funding and support for Ukraine, in particular, priority will be given to projects on international academic mobility and youth mobility, as well as a separate competition in the direction of “Development of the higher education potential”, opened specifically for Ukraine. This competition is aimed at building a digital ecosystem of the network of higher education institutions of Ukraine in cooperation with universities of EU member states and other international partners.

The announcement of tenders for the programme is published on the website of the European Commission.

Please note that from November 2022 to January 2023, the European Commission, the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture, National Erasmus+ agencies and offices will hold informative webinars and trainings.

For reference: the European Union, within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, has since the beginning of the war opened additional resources for school education and adult education, as well as access to professional portals: School Education Portal – and EPALE.

Previously, the COST Association accepted proposals for the joint development of initiatives in all fields of science and technology.
