Ghent University invites scientists to participate in the academic online program "Academy4UA"

Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium) is accepting applications for participation in the academic online program "Academy4UA" for Ukrainian researchers and professionals who seek to expand their knowledge in the field of law and politics of the European Union.

The Erasmus+ Jean Monnet programme module "UGent Online Academy for EU Law and Policy for Ukrainian Teachers" (Academy4UA) is specially designed for Ukrainian professionals whose activities are focused on EU law and policy.

Each year, 25 participants – a group of Ukrainian teachers and researchers specializing in EU studies – will be selected through an open competition based on their resumes and motivation. Selected candidates will be offered an intensive 3-month programme (April-June), during which they will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in various areas of EU law and policy. The course will be conducted by a team of Ghent University teachers.

To participate, one needs to send a short biography (no more than 300 words) and a motivational letter (no more than 500 words) to academy4ua@ugent.be by February 20, 2023.

More details can be found on the website of the Academy4UA programme and the "Public Space" portal.

Previously, new competitions under the NATO programme "Science for Peace and Security" for 2023 were announced, and scientists were invited to share their own achievements at the II stage of the round tables cycle "Restoration and modernization of Ukraine in the post-war period".
