The Rector of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko was awarded the 3rd Grade Order of Merit for his considerable personal input to state development, social, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and educational development of Ukraine, great achievements in work and high level of professionalism according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 335/2020 “On Awarding the State Awards”.
The Interim Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Shkarlet congratulated the head of a leading university for such an honorable state award.
On the occasion of the Education Workers Day and the awarding, the academic staff and the student body of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” congratulated Volodymyr Onyshchenko:

With the initiative of Rector of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko, the powerful facilities of the university have been created, the sport infrastructure has been developed, new research laboratories have been opened, business investments are attracted. Polytechnic has successfully been realizing the concept “education+business+science+government”. Comfortable facilities and services for studying have been introduced to ensure the harmonious development of the youth.
