The partner of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, Technische Hochschule Lübeck (Germany), invites 1 student of Poltava Polytechnic to participate in the Erasmus+ KA171 grant programme in the spring semester of the academic year 2024/2025 (10.03.– 22.07.2025).

For students of all the educational and research institutes of Poltava Polytechnic.
Number of positions: 1
Duration of mobility: 4 months
The language of study is English or German (B2/C1 level).
Application deadline: 13 January 2025.
English/German proficiency test – 14 January 2025 at 09.00, room 318 C and 325 C (in case of air raid alert – A-building shelter).
Scholarship: 850 EUR/month + 250 EUR/month of social payments due to the war + 275 EUR for transport costs one-time.
A student of Poltava Polytechnic will be provided with a room in a dormitory run by Studentenwerk. It is a single room in an apartment with other students, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the dormitories are gender mixed.
Poltava Polytechnic students can study the following subjects:
Engineering Hydrology, 5 ECTS
Geographic Information Systems, 5 ECTS
Hydrology and International Water Management, 5 ECTS
Interactive Virtual Worlds, 5 ECTS
German and/ or English language, 5 ECTS
Information for students
Important! Candidates who wish to participate in the programme must successfully pass the English or German language test and interview.
In accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ programme and the agreement between the universities, preference will be given to students from low-income families; students with young children; students with disabilities; students who have been adopted; students with chronic illnesses or other special health-related needs, provided that the academic performance and level of English or German are equal.
The selection of candidates will also take into account any social, volunteer, educational, scientific initiatives, programmes, projects in which the candidate has participated.
What documents are required for participation?
- 2 official notes from the graduating department
- Certificate of academic performance from the directorate / dean’s office
- Scanned copy of the international passport (first spread, pdf format)
- CV in English (in PDF format with a photo, no more than 2 pages)
- Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, pdf format)
- Passport size photo (.jpg)
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency (if any).
Motivation letters are checked for plagiarism and the use of artificial intelligence.
It is forbidden to submit the same motivation letter for several mobilities.
Documents that do not comply with the requirements will not be accepted.
