Marketing students attend a master class on predicting customer behavior in the digital space

Students of specialty "Marketing" of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law of Poltava Polytechnic attended a lecture by a leading marketing practitioner of the advertising agency "AdPoint" Mariia Brynova. Students and lecturers comprehensively discussed the range of popular practical tools, features of brand promotion in the digital space and learned to predict customer behavior.

Students of the specialty "Marketing" of the Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" under the guidance of Candidate of Economic Sciences, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Professor Vira Chevhanova visited the educational event in Poltava Entrepreneurship Support Center "Diia. Business".

Students and scientists became active listeners of an interesting practical lecture by Mariia Brynova, a leading marketing practitioner of the advertising agency "AdPoint", who shared her own experience and professional cases on the use of marketing tools – sales funnels, control and predicting of customer behavior. The participants of the event also deliberated on the most common strategies for brand promotion in the digital space and learned how to form the hard and soft skills of a modern marketing specialist during a creative master class.

The meeting was moderated by scientists of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Marketing Victoriia Bondarenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Marketing Svitlana Ivanytska and Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Marketing Olesia Hryhorieva. The format of the meeting included the exchange of impressions and practical experience, and the most active ones received nice gifts from the Poltava Entrepreneurship Support Center "Diia. Business".

"Traditional meetings with practitioners, entrepreneurs, and marketing specialists positively motivate the student youth of Poltava Polytechnic. The exchange of practical cases, highly qualified answers and charisma of speakers definitely influence the acquisition of new necessary skills by future marketing specialists and increase their future professional level," – said Vira Chevhanova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Marketing of Poltava Polytechnic.  

Students and lecturers noted the organizers’ use of real practical cases and providing with guidelines in working on their own professional development.

Earlier, future marketing specialists discussed strategies for creating and promoting brands, and students of the specialty "International Economic Relations" and "Tourism" learned about the specifics of preparing certification documents for goods and services.
