Taking care of your mental health, especially during times of war, is extremely important. Many Ukrainians are currently experiencing constant stress, anxiety, powerlessness and concern. We become so vulnerable that literally any little thing can make us angry and upset. It is important to know how to control oneself in critical conditions and to withstand stress.

That is why, in order to improve the psychological state of people, "Active Community" organizes and conducts a support group for the citizens of Ukraine. In particular, during the meetings, the participants will have the opportunity to learn more about accumulated emotions, general states and the level of resources and how to work with different states, to live them ecologically for themselves and others.

Useful life hacks will be shared with Ukrainians by the head of the All-Ukrainian Initiative Ecofriendly, psychologist, business coach Liudmyla Chernenko.

The series of meetings will be held on February 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. on the Zoom online platform.
