The competition is held with the aim of promoting the Ukrainian scientists’ activities, providing conditions for training, retraining and upgrading the qualifications of scientific as well as scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions, creating and implementing joint scientific-educational and research projects through the development of scientific-publishing cooperation.
The following are invited to participate in the competitive selection:
- authors – young scientists of self-governing youth organizations, higher education institutions and scientific institutions of all forms of ownership, who are professionally engaged in scientific activity, aged up to 35 years (inclusive) and up to 40 years (inclusive) – for doctors of science;
- all those willing to participate in this year's competition as experts (in areas and scientific topics of manuscripts);
- scientists interested in cooperation and professional communication, who has ideas or proposals for the future development of the competition.
Manuscript submission will be open from December 1 to December 31, 2022 through the online platform.
