In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine of April 4, 2003, No. 291/2003, the Public Service Day is celebrated annually on June, 23.
With the organizational support of National Agency For Public Service Of Ukraine and the Center of Public Service Adaptation to the EU Standards, the All-Ukrainian Creative Contest for Youth was initiated to celebrate the Public Service Day.
The All-Ukrainian Competition is organized for active, ambitious and creative youth, who are interested in the problems of public service operation, have ideas and suggestions on improvements of state policy in different fields, and plan to become public service workers in the future.
The contest has creative and generally cultural goals, such as the support and contribution to self-realization of motivated active youth open to productive communication.
To participate in the contest, the applicants have to submit files compiled in MS Word (.doc or .rtf) or in mpeg, mp4, avi, wmv, mov, mkv (or any other popular format) to the e-mail of Organizational Committee konkurs@center.gov.ua. You have to send a filled application form and the contest work.
The contest work has to be performed in the state language and edited in accordance with the Contest rules.
The winners of the Contest will be chosen in three stages in such categories as:
- Assurance of Equal Rights and Opportunities of Women and Men;
- Political Education and Political Culture;
- State Government Reforms;
- Government Decentralization;
- Social Conversation and Social Partnership;
- Education Reform.
