On May 4, 2022, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the Procedure for Admission for Receiving Higher Education in 2022.
“In 2022, the maximum possible safe conditions for the admission campaign will be created for entrants to Ukrainian professional and higher education institutions. This year, the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) will be conducted for a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree in medical and veterinary specialties). NMT will take place in the form of computer online testing in three subjects (the Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine). NMT abroad will take place at the same time as testing in Ukraine. Different weight coeficients of points will be set for different specialties,” – noted Serhii Shkarlet.
For future masters, a master’s comprehensive test (MCT) for the specialties “Law”, “International Law” and a master’s test of academic competence (MTAC) for conjunctural specialties will be conducted.
The main, additional and specially organized sessions will be formed for testing. Those entrants who for some reason will not be able to take the test during the main session will be able to do so in the next ones.
For admission to the bachelor’s degree at the expense of the state budget and on a contractual basis for conjunctural specialties will take into account the results of the NMT. For specialties “Physical Culture and Sports”, “Audiovisual Art and Production”, “Design” (specializations “Graphic Design”, “Clothing Design (Shoes)”, “Environmental Design”, “Industrial Design”), “Fine Arts, Decorative Arts, Restoration”, “Choreography”, “Musical art”, “Performing arts”, “Architecture and urban planning” – the results of a creative competition, which, according to the institution’s decision, can be held remotely. Submission of documents and confirmation of the place of study will be carried out via the Internet. Only the results of the review of motivation letters will be taken into account for entering on a contractual basis for non-conjunctural specialties.
The main stages of entering the bachelor’s program:
- Registration of electronic cabinets – from July 1.
- Conducting creative competitions – from 1 to 18 July (budget + contract), from 9 to 16 August (contract only).
- Submission of applications for admission – from July 29 to:
- August 8 – for persons who enter on the basis of an individual oral interview, creative competitions (which will take place from 9 to 16 August);
- August 23 – for people who enter the results of the national multi-subject test, as well as creative competitions, which were held from 1 to 18 July.
- Publication of rating lists for the budget – no later than August 29.
- Confirmation of the desire to study on a budget – September 2 until 18:00.
- Enrollment: budget – September 5; contract – determined by the rules of admission to the institution, but not later than September 30.
- Transfer to vacant positions – until September 19.
To enter the master’s program following procedures will be used:
- for the budget and contract in the specialty “Law”, “International Law” – the results of the MCT;
- on the budget and contract in the field of knowledge 05 “Social and Behavioral Sciences”, 06 “Journalism”, 07 “Management and Administration”, 28 “Public Administration and Administration”, 29 “International Relations” (except for specialty 293 “International Law”) – results of the master’s test of academic competence (MTAC) + professional exam in an educational institution;
- for admission to other specialties – the results of the professional exam of educational institutions (budget) or consideration of the motivation letter (contract).
The main stages of entering the master’s program:
- Registration for the MCT and MTAC – from June 27 to 18:00 on July 18
- The main session of the MCT and MTAC – from 10 to 17 August, additional – from 7 to 10 September.
- Registration of electronic cabinets – from August 1.
- Submission of applications for admission begins on August 16 and ends: on August 23 – for persons who apply on the basis of an individual oral interview instead of MTAC or MCT; September 15 – for persons who enter on the basis of the results of MTAC, MCT or only a professional exam in an educational institution.
- Publication of rating lists for the budget – no later than September 20.
- Confirmation of the desire to study on a budget – until 18:00 on September 24.
- Enrollment: budget – September 25; contract – determined by the rules of admission of the institution, but not later than November 30.
- Transfer to vacant positions – until October 10.
It will be possible to use special conditions of competition selection for some categories of entrants; in particular for residents of the temporarily occupied territories as well as areas of active hostilities, detailed entry mechanisms for them will be finalized during May-June.
It should be recalled that the Polytechnic has opened enrollment in preparation courses for NMT and creative competitions.
