“During the online education period, it is reasonable for the education community to spend a lot of time on self-education and self-development. We, as teachers, trainers, moderators, organizers, have to produce high-quality educational content, and the educational needs of modern higher education receivers constantly motivate us to enhance our professional qualification. These fascinating and productive webinars allowed me to learn the various facilitation methods, practically apply methodological tools of group work online. I would like to thank our trainer, Nataliia Orlova, and the team of CEASC for an interesting experience of working online, new methods of facilitation activity, new approaches to the organization of educational space online, new meetings and efficient communication. The knowledge I got will be used in the educational practice for students of the specialization No. 281 Public Administration,” commented Inna Kulchii.
The participants of the webinars learned the principles of involvement and the best world practices of holding facilitated meetings online, learned to build their own instructions in accordance with the work of the human brain, discussed the most common digital platforms used for organizing group work, found out how to adapt their own educational product to the online form.
