Do you aspire to showcase your scientific and pedagogical achievements internationally, acquire leading European experience, and broaden your academic horizons at a prestigious university in neighboring Poland?
Within the framework of the European Union's Erasmus+ Programme (Key Action 171: Mobility between Programme and Partner Countries), National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” announces a competitive selection for academic and teaching staff of the University for individual grants for teaching and professional development at the University of Rzeszów (Uniwersytet Rzeszowski, Rzeszów, Republic of Poland) for the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year!
Participation in Erasmus+ teaching mobility serves as an effective instrument for integrating the Ukrainian academic community into the European Higher Education Area. Delivering lectures in European auditoriums, engaging in professional dialogue with Polish colleagues, exchanging state-of-the-art pedagogical methods, and jointly identifying innovative solutions create a solid foundation for faculty professional development and enhance the international standing of Poltava Polytechnic.
The host institution, the University of Rzeszów (Uniwersytet Rzeszowski, Rzeszów, Republic of Poland), is the largest public institution of higher education and the Subcarpathian Voivodeship’s primary research and innovation centre. The university is developing dynamically, combining classical academic traditions with state-of-the-art research infrastructure, high-tech laboratories, and technology transfer centers. Today, the University of Rzeszów serves as a reliable strategic partner of Ukrainian higher education institutions, offering extensive opportunities for interdisciplinary research, grant collaboration, and academic exchanges.
For the academic staff of Poltava Polytechnic, this visit opens substantial prospects: ranging from the implementation of interactive European teaching methodologies and the integration of artificial intelligence into the learning process to conducting joint research with Polish colleagues and co-authoring publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
Upon returning to their home university, mobility participants will be able to integrate European best practices into national educational programs, update course syllabi, and provide students with the most up-to-date instructional formats, while simultaneously strengthening institutional ties between the universities for future large-scale collaborative projects.
