“Poltava Polytechnic supports friends in need! We cannot stand aside when our colleagues, friends and partners need help. Our scientific and educational cooperation and academic friendship with Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas is extremely important, and we consider it a matter of honour to support them in this difficult time.
Our university has a long-standing cooperation with the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Rector, Professor Ihor Chudyk, and today we want to provide all possible assistance to the community of our partner university.
During the day, we raised 103,000 UAH, which we transferred to the charity account “My University” of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
The staff of Poltava Polytechnic is unanimous in all good deeds, so at the university administration meeting, we unanimously decided to transfer one day’s salary to support our partner university, which suffered from the military aggression. Our strength is in unity! Support each other, we will win! Everything will be Ukraine!” – emphasised the Rector of Poltava Polytechnic, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
According to the head of university, National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” is also ready to accept students of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas as part of academic mobility for specialised studies and summer internships at the oil and gas laboratories of the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas of Poltava Polytechnic.
It should be recalled that Poltava Polytechnic has recently transferred almost UAH 200 thousand to support the family of a first-year student who was injured in a missile attack.
