At the meeting of the Rectorate of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", proactive, socially responsible youth, who daily make a significant personal contribution to the development of youth science, local self-government and actively engage in volunteer activities, were solemnly honored.
"I am sincerely glad that despite the active hostilities on the territory of our country, Poltava Polytechnic manages to confidently hold the scientific, educational and volunteer front! And our team always rejoices at the successes of colleagues and especially young people! Their successes today are another step up in personal growth and a step in achieving a common goal in the field of popularization of science, education and development of leadership qualities.
I am firmly convinced that our joint efforts to develop a state-of-the-art material and technical base, create conditions for the harmonious development of the personality of a teacher, student, scientist, athlete, and artist enable everyone to successfully realize themselves. I express my words of boundless gratitude to our Armed Forces, which we support in every possible way, for the opportunity to study, engage in scientific activities and work for the benefit of our native Ukrainian people!" – commented the Rector of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
Citation of the rector of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" was awarded to:
- Ruslana Borodai, student of group 201-AOP of the Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy, a scholarship holder of the Poltava City Council;
- Artem Sosnin, student of group 401-NT of the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas, a scholarship holder of the Poltava City Council;
- Omelian Shchur-Dunets, a student of group 201-BP of the Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Management, a scholarship holder of the Poltava City Council;
- Oleksandr Drobotia, PhD student of the Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Management, laureate of the Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the contribution of youth to the development of parliamentarism and local self-government;
- Iryna Levchenko, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations and Tourism, a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists.
Previously, a Polytechnic scientist became a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists, five Polytechnic scientists received certificates of associate professor, and three university students became scholarship holders of Poltava City Council.
