On 5-6 July, 2024, the competitions of the Ukrainian Triathlon (Aquathlon) Championship among adults, youth and juniors were held in Kyiv. Young people, juniors, boys and girls, men and women competed for the championship and sets of gold, silver and bronze medals, confidently covering different distances and fighting for victory in prestigious competitions.
Students of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” became silver and bronze medallists of the prestigious sports tournament, having won the junior division:
- Vladyslav Mykytenko, student of group 101-Hr of Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Management of Poltava Polytechnic, won a silver medal;
- Yurii Tiutiunnyk, a student of group 103-FS of Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of Poltava Polytechnic, won a bronze medal.
All the winners and runners-up were awarded with Honourable Diplomas as well as gold, silver and bronze medals.

We are proud of them and wish them further significant achievements in conquering the peaks of sports Olympus!
It should be recalled that earlier the Polytechnic athlete won the bronze medal of the Ukrainian Triathlon Championship on the super-sprint distance.
Recently, the first-year student of the FPCS became the European champion in canoeing among juniors and youth.
