On May 2, the main stage of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" hosted the solemn opening of the jubilee 75th Scientific Conference of Professors, Teachers, Researchers, Postgraduates and Students of the university, during which scientific and pedagogical workers of various structural subdivisions of the university were presented with the awards of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The high departmental awards were presented by the Rector of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko and Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Work of the university Olena Stepova, who congratulated the team of the Poltava Polytechnic on significant scientific, educational and professional achievements.
"It is nice to note that despite the introduction of martial law, the university continues its dynamic development and occupies leading positions in prestigious international academic rankings. Having an extremely powerful scientific and innovative potential, Poltava Polytechnic can be proud of its numerous scientific and educational achievements!
I thank my dear colleagues for their effective educational and scientific activity as well as a significant personal contribution to the development of the multidisciplinary classical National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic"! – noted the rector, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
For initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties and a significant personal contribution to the development of education and science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded an honorary certificate to:
- Tetiana Zinenko – Candidate of Art History, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Fine Arts.
For many years of meticulous work, a significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded the Honorable Certificate to:
- Vitalii Skryl – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Taxation.
The certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was awarded to:
- Svitlana Doroshenko – Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation;
- Viktor Chernyshov – Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of General Linguistics and Foreign Languages;
- Kseniia Chychulina – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Business Economics and Marketing.
With the Citation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the following were awarded:
- Aliona Buriak – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations and Tourism;
- Oleksii Vorobiov – senior teacher of the Department of Physical Education;
- Yevheniia Karpenko – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Taxation;
- Liudmyla Kletsenko – Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Therapy and Ergotherapy.
It should be recalled that the XVII All-Ukrainian Science Festival is underway at the Polytechnic.
Recently, Poltava Polytechnic has improved its position in the rating of scientific activity.
Previously, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine presented awards to the winners of the President of Ukraine Prize for young scientists, 34 scientists of the Polytechnic were recognized for their work with gifted students of the Poltava region, academic staff of the Polytechnic was presented with the awards of the Ministry of Education and Science as well as presented with certificates of academic titles, and four graduates of the Polytechnic's postgraduate program received the diplomas of doctors of philosophy.
