On May 20, 2020, the organizational committee of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition in Computer Engineering announced the results and held a summarizing scientific and practical conference. The competition was held at the Department of Cybersecurity and Computer Systems of Khmelnystkyi National University. In total, 29 participants from 21 higher education institutions of Ukraine took part in the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition in Computer Engineering. According to the results of reviews, the articles of students from seven leading higher education institutions managed to get to the final round. Ten students presented their articles at the summarizing scientific and practical conference.
The research article of the student of ERIITM of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” Yelyzaveta Bodnar called “The Methods and Means of Fast Data Processing of Computer Systems Present In the Residue Number System” won, the author was awarded the third-grade diploma.
“We have won thanks to the good reviews and high evaluation of the research results and its approbation by the jury of the specialized competition commission. The award winning place is a great motivation to continue developing the scientific activity. We are going to further present the results of our research at the All-Ukrainian level,” the academic advisor, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems of Education and Research Institute of Information Technology and Mechanotronics Alina Yanko said.
