On October 27, a mobile vaccination center operated at the university. Physicians from Public utility company “Center of Primary Health Care №1” vaccinated students with the Comirnaty / Pfizer vaccine.
“Vaccination at the university has been taking place since June. Today was another round – students were vaccinated. In two hours, 33 students, who had previously registered in the queue through the trade union committee of students and graduate students, received their shots.
Many thanks to the mobile team of physicians and the staff of Public utility company “Center of Primary Health Care №1”, especially the director Vitalii Pavlenko and head of the medical unit Oksana Potiazhenko, for high professionalism, quality organization and vaccination.
All interested students can be vaccinated – registration continues and we form groups at a convenient time. The Polytechnic has the safest conditions for the educational process – in addition to anti-epidemic infrastructure (temperature screening at the entrance, quarantine navigation, sanitizers, boxes for used personal protective equipment, etc.), we have one of the highest rates of vaccination of workers. The university now has 761 employees: 305 research and pedagogical workers and 456 staff members. As of October 27, 2021, 95.41% of scientific and pedagogical workers have been vaccinated. In general, 84.89% of employees have been vaccinated,” – commented Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Development of Development Infrastructure, Anatolii Martynenko.

- in mass vaccination centers
It should be recalled that since the beginning of academic year in the Poltava Polytechnic there has been the highest level of scientific and pedagogical workers vaccination.
