Psychologists of educational institutions are invited to a free professional course

With the joint efforts of the Division "Mental Health" of the National Psychological Association, with the support of the project "Mental Health for Ukraine" and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, a free course for psychologists of educational institutions has been developed. The course is designed to help work professionally during the war. Participants are issued certificates.

Psychologists of educational institutions are invited to a free professional course

To support psychologists working in educational institutions, specialists of the "Mental Health for Ukraine" project have developed a course that offers new approaches to providing psychological services to participants in the educational process in remote conditions.

The purpose of this course is to increase the ability of psychologists at educational institutions to perform professional activities at a distance, taking into account the challenges associated with it (impact on mental health and psychological state of participants in the educational process, impact on the organization of the educational process, etc.).

The course covers three main blocks:

  • uncertainty and related challenges for the educational process;
  • psychological support of participants of the educational process in conditions of uncertainty;
  • some topics are especially important when working remotely (specifics of sexual education online, prevention of eating disorders, remote work with anxiety and anxiety disorders, teaching parents methods to support children and self-support, etc.)

There are tips, recommendations, suggestions that may help psychologists work professionally in these difficult conditions.

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate.
