During the week (March 13-17), the children were tested according to a special method developed by leading psychophysiologists and biologists of the country, which was recently presented by representatives of the Mr.Leader company. A working meeting with the founder of the Mr.Leader brand, the People's Deputy of Ukraine, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Early Development and Preschool Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Education, Science and Innovation Volodymyr Voronov, was dedicated to the implementation of this methodology. The innovator in the field of preschool education discussed with the administration and teachers of the Center the latest teaching methods and features of psychological testing of preschool children. A unique method of testing the psychophysiological state of the brain of children 4-6 years old was presented by psychologist Anna Voronova, who conducted comprehensive training with practical university psychologist Yevheniia Khomenko on the use of this method in working with pupils of the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children "Mr.Leader" POLTAVA POLYTECHNIC
A practical psychologist individually conducted testing with each pupil, which helps to determine the following indicators: the functional state of the nervous system, the speed of the choice reaction, the mobility of nervous processes and the brain’s performance, the development of verbal working memory, the development of visual working memory.
The deciphering of the results is carried out by highly qualified specialists in the city of Kyiv, therefore they are considered objective and highly accurate. The obtained indicators make it possible to determine the educational trajectory of the child's development, adapt the methods of their upbringing in an innovative kindergarten, using a person-oriented approach to each pupil and understanding the peculiarities of their development.
The conducted testing is one of the components of a unique pilot project carried out by the educational brand Mr. Leader among pupils of the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children, operating on the basis of the Poltava Polytechnic.

The rector of the university handed over gifts from the founder of the Mr.Leader brand – "Leader's ABCs" to the pupils of the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children "Mr.Leader" POLTAVA POLYTECHNIC. This is not just a primer, but a unique textbook on leadership for readers aged 5 and up.
In a simple and accessible form, 33 (by the number of letters of the alphabet) most important concepts are displayed to help a child understand the essence of leadership. The illustrations in this unusual book develop figurative and associative thinking in children. Therefore, classes on the "Leader's ABCs" will not only help one learn letters and sounds, but will also stimulate the development of perception, attention, memory, language skills, creative abilities, leadership thinking and the formation of an active life position.
The book is included in the list of textbooks and manuals recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and has the appropriate stamp.
It should be recalled that in October 2022, the first Ukrainian university-based Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children in Ukraine was opened at Poltava Polytechnic, and later the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children of Poltava Polytechnic celebrated its first small anniversary.
Recently, the Academic Council of the university approved the regulations and experts announced the opening of the first gender center in the Poltava region at the university, and also elected a language ombudsman.
