“On the 33rd day of the war, we begin the 3rd week of distance learning. I thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine! We continue to keep our front and highly value the opportunity to carry on the learning process. Currently, there are no significant obstacles that would cause delays or departures from the schedule of the educational process. I also thank the academic staff who work hard and completely resume teaching, keep in touch with students and motivate them to learn in every way possible. This is now our main strategic task,” – commented Rector Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
Director of the Department of Organization of the Educational Process, Accreditation and Licensing Oleh Maksymenko informed about the advantages of studying in an asynchronous format and the attendance of classes by students. Based on the results of the discussion, it was decided to conduct an intersessional control of students’ knowledge next week, as well as to hold laboratory and practical classes directly at the university in compliance with the requirements of the security situation.
Also, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” offers to students from areas of active hostilities to continue their studies within internal academic mobility programs. The University provides access to teaching materials for those receiving higher education in specialties and educational programs in 20 fields of knowledge.
