Registration for the mock ZNO-2022 test starts

From 5 to 22 January 2022, graduates of general secondary and professional education institutions can register to participate in a mock ZNO test by choosing one subject.

Personal information pages will be created for all registered participants of the mock test, on which information about the time and place of this test will be posted by March 10, and later – the test results will be published.

The mock external independent evaluation test will take place on the following dates:

  • March 19 – the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian language and literature;
  • March 26 – the history of Ukraine, mathematics, mathematics (standard level tasks), biology, geography, physics, chemistry, English, Spanish, German, French.

 Publication of results: the results of testing in the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian language and literature will be published on the information pages of participants on March 25, in other subjects on April 1.

To obtain the results of the mock ZNO test, each participant will need to enter their answers to a special service "Determination of the results of the mock external independent evaluation test" in the following terms:

  • March 19-21 – the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian language and literature;
  • March 26-28 – the history of Ukraine, mathematics, mathematics (standard level tasks), biology, geography, physics, chemistry, English, Spanish, German, French.

Note! The procedure for passing the mock external independent evaluation test is paid, its cost ranges from UAH 213 to UAH 309. The difference is due to the peculiarities of the organization of testing, in particular, the cost of printing and delivery of materials in different regions, the projected number of tests, etc.

In addition, registration for the mock ZNO test does not provide for automatic registration for the main session of the external independent evaluation, and the results of the mock test will not be credited to the state final certification and used to participate in the competitive selection for admission to higher education institutions.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment emphasize that the organizers of the mock test are the Ukrainian and regional centers for the evaluation of the education quality. At the same time, many organizations call their online testing "mock ZNO" or place so-called pilot external independent evaluation notebooks, using the UCEQA logo, thereby infringing copyright. The tasks in such tests may be completely different from those that the participant will receive in the actual external independent evaluation, so the organizers recommend being critical of the information on the options for pilot external evaluation.

Advantages of participating in a mock ZNO test:

  • additional opportunity to work with tests that meet the requirements of the ZNO programs, characteristics and structure of certification work of the main session of the ZNO 2022;
  • practice filling in answer sheets;
  • psychologically adjust to the procedure of passing the external independent evaluation;
  • learn to allocate time efficiently

Details of the mock ZNO test and the materials of mock tests of previous years can be found in the relevant section on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.
