On November 29, during the meeting of the Academic Council of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, the issue of approving the scholarship holders limit for the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year was considered.
“Due to the fact that we have changed the schedules of the educational process, the examination session ended on November 30, and from December 1, our university will award scholarships for the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. In order to implement the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 882 “On the issue of scholarship provision”, we must approve the percentage of students who have the right to receive scholarships. The resolution defines the maximum percentage – 45%, but taking into account the limitations of budgetary funding, the Ministry of Education and Science proves funding at the level of 40%,” – reported the first vice-rector, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Economic Development Olena Filonych.
According to the results of the vote, the Academic Council of the university supported the proposal to approve 40% of scholarship holders within the maximum amount of budget funding, according to the results of the examinations period.
