Lecturers of the National University ''Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic'' take an active part in the preparation of Poltava pupils for the competition-defense of papers of the Junior Academy of Sciences. Members of the Poltava Territorial Branch of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, headed by the rector of the National University ''Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic'', Doctor of Economics, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko, annually demonstrate high results in various sections.
"Your colleagues have demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skills and abilities in working with school youth. We are convinced that such interaction is an example of successful integration of science and practice. We highly appreciate your efforts, Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, as the head of the university and the efforts of university lecturers aimed at achieving success in our common cause: education of creative, competitive, extraordinary personalities. We sincerely hope that our cooperation will be continued in future projects for the benefit of our common interests," – said on behalf of the team headmaster of the "Poltava secondary school of I-III degrees No. 26 of Poltava town council of Poltava region" Nataliia Honzhak.
Personal gratitude was expressed to the Polytechnic lecturers, who prepared the pupils-competitors:
- Mykola Nesterenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Construction Machinery and Equipment (topic of the paper – "3D-prototyping of exhaust system elements of cars," Sharshon Maksym 11th-grade (11-B); topic of the paper – "Device for automatic irrigation of plants," Kosenko Oleksandr, 10th-grade (10-A);
- Tetiana Nesterenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering and Technology (topic of the paper – "Technology of cleaning indoor networks", Kukulenko Denys, 10th-grade (10-B);
As a result, the pupils successfully defended their papers and took the 1st and 2nd places at the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of scientific papers of pupils-members of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
