Starting from October 24, on the basis of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, educational trainings for those receiving higher education started. According to the planned program, trainers of the Gender Centre of the university together with patrol police officers discussed the key theses of the prepared topics.
Effective trainings were held for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas, the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law, as well as the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics. The head of the Gender Centre, Olena Dubynka, together with the employees of the Patrol Police Department in the Poltava region, revealed the main concepts on the topic: “Police powers and administrative responsibility for committed offenses”. Patrol officers Maryna Ziniukha, Volodymyr Kushchii and Ruslan Voznytsia spoke about the rights and responsibilities of citizens when communicating with police officers. Then a lively discussion took place with answers and questions regarding factual and legal grounds, regulatory acts and procedural norms.
Also, on October 27, as part of the program, trainings were held for students of higher education from all educational and scientific institutes and faculties of the Poltava Polytechnic, during which employees of the Court Security Service Hevorh Hevorgian and Kateryna Hryhorenko conducted interesting master classes. Students majoring in “Psychology” were given practical advice on the peculiarities of communication with people with disabilities, military personnel and vulnerable categories of persons. And this is especially relevant in our time, when the enemy is waging a full-scale war with independent Ukraine. At the training with the coach Hevorh Hevorgian, students were able to test their self-defence skills in practice, improve them and gain new experience.
The next week will also be quite fruitful for the students of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” as part of the planned educational training program. Students will be offered current topics for projects that can be applied in communities of the region as well as practical ways for their implementation and effective use.
