The courses were conducted thanks to the assistance and technical support of the Group of Companies “Intellectual Service” and a longtime partner of the university – PE “Soft-Service”, which is a part of this group. The coach and coordinator of the courses was Olha Cherhashova – a certified specialist of the company, Contact Center manager of the Group of Companies “Intellectual Service”.

“M.E.Doc” is an electronic document management system that helps to optimize the work with documents of different types and purposes: reports, tax invoices, acts, invoices, etc. Any document created in M.E.Doc and certified by an electronic signature is the original paper document in electronic form. The full-featured version of this EDMS is installed in a specialized computer class of the university and is used in the educational process to prepare specialists of the specialty “Information, library and archival affairs”.

“The university wholly assists in the realization of students’ opportunities for non-formal education directly at the locations of their alma-mater. Partners of Poltava Polytechnic in the framework of the non-formal education project organized an in-depth study of EDMS “M.E.Doc” with the subsequent certification of course participants for all eager students of the aforementioned specialty.

With this certificate lecturers have the right to teach relevant modules of training courses, for example, in the discipline of “Electronic Document Management”, at a high professional level. Students with the certificate can exercise the right to purchase a computer program “M.E.Doc” for the employer company with a 50% discount. And of course, such a certificate will be an additional factor of successful employment in the specialty for a future graduate of the university,” – commented Head of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation, Doctor of History, Professor Iryna Perederii.
