On January 28, 2023, the III (regional) stage of the Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literary Competition for Pupils and Student Youth took place, where excellent knowledge of the native language and literature, creative abilities were demonstrated by students of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", Poltava State Medical University, Poltava State Agrarian University, Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University.
National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" was presented at the competition by a student of group 101-FI of the Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy Victoriia Mazniak, a student of group 203-TN of the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics Yana Kapustian, a student of group 101-TN of the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics Yuliia Lytvyn.
The student of group 203-TN of the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics Yana Kapustian became the silver medalist of the regional stage of the competition, who coped with the competition tasks perfectly. The winner was prepared by the Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation Iryna Denysovets.
Having won the regional stage, our student is to take part in the IV (All-Ukrainian) stage of the competition on February 4, 2023, where she will compete for victory with experienced opponents.
"In the difficult conditions of a full-scale war on the territory of our country, competitions that popularize our native language, national culture and identity motivate students to study even more deeply the pages of the work of the Ukrainian genius, whose immortal lines do not lose their relevance to this day," – commented the winner's academic supervisor, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation Iryna Denysovets.

Previously, the master's student of the Polytechnic became the silver prize winner of the scientific competition, having studied the cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the field of organic agriculture, the Polytechnic graduate created a universal ground drone and made the program for its modification freely available.
