On the occasion of the International Student’s Day, on November 17, the game “Who’s on top” was held in the StudHab of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, the participants of which were the students of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law. The interesting event was organized by the Institute's Student Council, the host of the event was Head of the Student Council of the ERI of Finance, Economics, Management and Law Valentyna Babets.
Students of the first and second academic year of the boys’ team: Artem Koval, Viacheslav Radiuk, Kyryl Kolomytsev, Mykyta Tomilin, Bohdan Levchenko, and the girls’ team: Diana Chupaida, Anna Badula, Anna Mamedova, Nataliia Potapova, Mariia Krat – competed for the first place in the intellectual competition.
During the event, students demonstrated their erudition in the “Spell It” quiz, guessed Ukrainian hits in the “What’s the Song” round, and also recalled the most important figures of the country in the “Who am I” game. Competitions in the “Lip Reading” and “Blindfold” rounds became no less emotionally intense. Spectators favourably watched the driving show and wholeheartedly supported both teams.
At the end of the game, the score of the two teams was the same, but during the decisive round of “WonderStaring”, the captain of the boys brought victory to his team. All participants of the game received branded gifts, and the winners were awarded with branded cups of Poltava Polytechnic.
“In such a difficult time for all of us, it is very important to relieve young people and give them the opportunity to develop through various games and quizzes. That is why our institute organized such an event for the students of the university on the occasion of the International Student’s Day. It is very nice that all the participants and spectators of the game were satisfied and left excellent feedback,” – said Valentyna Babets.
Spectators noted the high level of organization and conduct of the game as well as hope that such entertainment will reach the university level.
Earlier, students of the “Tourism” specialty held a quest for future financiers.
It should be recalled that on the occasion of the International Student’s Day, the rock band “BEZ OBMEZHEN” played a charity concert for the second time on the stage of the Poltava Polytechnic.
