Every year, the Department of Public Administration takes part in the tender on the selection of state demand performers of the graduate program funded by the National Agency on State Service (NASS). Now, NASS is cooperating actively with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on improving the digital literacy of state officers.
The educational series “The Digital Literacy of State Officers 1.0. Based On the Google Instruments” was developed together with the Google Company and realized with the help of Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and realized by the East Europe Foundation and Innovabridge Foundation. It covers the possibilities and peculiarities of free Google services which can be used both in professional activity and in everyday life. The certified trainer of Google for Education, Director of the Academy of Digital Development Antonina Bukach will help learn all the variety of online instruments. And the Member of Parliament Roman Hryshchuk is the star guest for the educative series.
After watching the episodes and passing the test at the National Online Platform for Digital Literacy “Дія. Цифрова освіта” (Ukr. “Action. Digital Education”), every participant learned to edit shared documents online, use online services, set notifications for key words, create Google forms, use global statistics data, apply life-hacks in using e-mail and effectively organize their work with the help of digital instruments.
