The annual National Contest "Charitable Ukraine" invites participants

Philanthropists and volunteers are invited to participate in the National Contest "Charitable Ukraine". The aim of the it is to develop effective socially-oriented philanthropy, patronage and volunteering by publicly encouraging the best philanthropists, patrons and volunteers, their organizations and practices.

The annual National Contest "Charitable Ukraine" invites participants

Until March 7, 2022, the acceptance of applications for the annual National Contest "Charitable Ukraine" continues. The subject of the contest is the scope of the nominee's activities for this year, reflected in the competitive application.

To participate, you must submit a competitive application of the appropriate form. It is advisable to add scanned photos, publications, reviews and recommendations that characterize the activities of the philanthropist or the progress of the charity project.

Each application will be evaluated by an Independent National Expert Council, which includes experts from various fields. Three laureates of the contest will be determined within nominations, the winner will be announced in the spring of 2022.

This year the winners will be choosen in the main, individual (philanthropist of the year, volunteer of the year, charity manager of the year) and special (media and charity, foreign aid, people's philanthropist) nominations. Including the collective nomination "Charity in Education and Science".

National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" has extensive experience in charity. The university volunteer team "Polytechnic Volunteers" took the 3rd place in the nomination "Charity in the social sphere" at the regional stage of the competition "Charitable Ukraine – 2020". Students became bronze prize-winners for active citizenship, charity and support of youth initiatives. 

Earlier, the head of the volunteer group "Polytechnic volunteers" presented the successful experience of the university in charity and volunteering during the online fair "Volunteering as a lifestyle", and students of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic"  joined the “Diia” support team and became voluntary assistants to health workers in the city vaccination centers.
