The final stage of the XIII Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literary Competition for Pupils and Student Youth may be held remotely or in a mixed (face-to-face and distance) form for security reasons. According to the letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the competition will be held on February 4, 2023 in regional centers and the city of Kyiv.
Tasks will be sent on the day of the competition at 9:00 a.m. to the official email address of the institution responsible for its holding in the region.
The performance of competition works will begin at 10 a.m., after the briefing with participants of the competition.
Pupils of 5-7 grades will work on tasks for 2 astronomical hours, pupils of 8-9 grades – 3 astronomical hours.
Pupils of 10-11 grades of general secondary education institutions and vocational education institutions, students and cadets of higher education institutions will perform competition tasks for 4 astronomical hours.
Participants of the final stage of the competition must be placed separately according to their age categories (no more than six people in the audience) within one educational institution.
The works of the participants, together with protocols and other documents, must be sent by courier on the day of the competition to the address of the State Scientific Institution "Institute for Education Content Modernization".

Applications for participation in the final stage of the competition must be sent by January 31, 2023 to the e-mail address obdarovani.iitzo@ukr.net and to the address of SSI "Institute for Education Content Modernization".
Earlier, the date and format of the IV stage of the Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition were announced.
