The section meeting was joined by 14 participants, the academic staff, students and graduates of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”. The meeting program included 14 scientific reports which were presented by the students and teachers of the Department of Public Administration and Law of the University and the practicing specialists of law.
Informative reports were presented by the invited guests, specialists with many years of experience in the law and administration: the Director of “Uspikh” Law Company Ltd. Natalia Zhovtiak, the Partner Executive, Lawyer at “Advokat Matsko” Anatolii Matsko, the Teacher of the Cycle Commission of Humanities at Poltava Oil and Gas College of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” Svitlana Kovalenko. The speakers shared their professional cases on the problems of the law regulations and the development of the public administration system of Ukraine.
Among the interesting and relevant reports, it is reasonable to mention such articles as:
- “Organizational and Law Regulations in the Public Administration System of Ukraine” (by the Assistant Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Law Alina Nedilko);
- “On the Features of the Fiscal Legal Capacity and Competence of Banks” (by PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration and Law Iryna Pasichna);
- “On the Regulatory Basics of the Development of Public Administration System in Ukraine” (by graduate student T. Ustymenko, her academic advisor was Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Administration and Law Alina Nedilko);
- “The Peculiarities of Law Regulations in the Agricultural Relations in Ukraine” (by the student of ERIFEM A. Buhai, her academics advisor was PhD in Law, Associate Professor Iryna Pasichna);
- “The Novations of Bankruptcy Law” (by the student of ERIFEM D. Khoruzhenko, her academic advisor was PhD in Law, Associate Professor Olena Skrylnyk);
- “Certain Aspects of State Policy in Waste Disposal” (by graduate student T. Petrenko, academic advisor was Assistant Professor Halyna Trehubenko);
- “The Problematic Aspects of Calling the Subjects of Implementing the State Budget of Ukraine on Expenses to Account for the Budget Law Delict” (by Assistant Professor V. Boiko);
- “The Personal Data Protection of Public Officers in Ukraine” (by Associate Professor Inna Kulchii);
- “Law Mechanisms of Preventing the Corruption in Ukraine” (by graduate student Yuliia Sadomova, her academic advisor was Assistant Professor Halyna Trehubenko);
- “Certain Law Aspects of the Formation and Realization of State Social and Economic Policy of Ukraine” (by graduate student Yuliia Skrypnyk, her academic advisor was PhD in Law, Associate Professor Iryna Pasichna).
The participants chose the most interesting report among the presented. It was the report of the student of group 501DS of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” Yuliia Sadomova, “Law Mechanisms of Preventing the Corruption in Ukraine”.
“As of today, the problem of corruption exists almost in every country being of the same danger both for the economics of developed countries and for the states going through an economic crisis. Having the administrative power gives a wide range of possibilities to its abuse in the form of protectionism, illegal obtainment of social benefits and privileges of different kinds. Strangely formed rules, over-regulation and overall control provide the officials with exclusive power, create a wide range of ways for corruption and misappropriation of material values, which belong to the society,” the student commented in her presentation.
Concluding the section meeting, participants and invited specialists mentioned the high organization level of the scientific event.
