Application Procedure for the Erasmus+ Academic Mobility Competition
Step 1. Contacting the Supervising Department
- The student contacts their supervising department (Chair) with a request to consider participation in the program.
- The Department conducts a comparison (alignment) of the academic disciplines of the Ukrainian educational program the student is enrolled in with the curriculum offered at Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
- If the disciplines are successfully aligned, the department prepares two official internal memos (according to the list of documents required for mobility). It notifies the Dean’s office of the need to issue Transcript of Records.
Note: students whose department has not prepared the two official memos and whose Dean’s office has not issued the academic transcript (i.e., students who lack confirming documents for learning outcome recognition) will not be admitted to the English language test.
Step 2. Preparation of Personal Documents
The student prepares the following documents:
- CV in English (PDF format with photo, maximum two pages);
- Motivation letter in English (maximum 1 page, PDF);
- Scan copy of the international passport (1st spread, PDF);
- Passport-size photo (.jpg);
- Certificate confirming English proficiency level (if available).
Important: Motivation letters will be checked for plagiarism and the use of AI. It is forbidden to submit the same letter for multiple mobility programs. Documents that do not comply with the requirements will not be accepted.
Step 3. Document Submission
The complete package of documents must be submitted simultaneously in electronic and hard copy form via the supervising department to the International Relations Office (Room 213-C).
Email address for electronic submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua
