The NADS surveys on training of civil servants and officials under martial law

The National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NADS) invites civil servants and local self-government officials to take part in a survey on vocational training under martial law.

The NADS surveys on training of civil servants and officials under martial law

In order to optimally organize the professional development of persons authorized to perform the functions of state or local self-government, the NADS surveys on vocational training under martial law.

The survey is available until April 17, 2022 and is anonymous.

You can take the survey at the link.

In the face of Russia's military aggression, civil servants and local self-government officials continue to ensure the stable functioning of state and local self-government bodies, performing their professional duties and working in new (unusual and dangerous) circumstances, which requires constant improvement, expansion and updating of their knowledge, skills and abilities.

The results of the survey are important for the NADS and will be taken into account to create appropriate conditions for the organization of vocational training of civil servants and local self-government officials during martial law.

During martial law, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs its efforts on ensuring the interests and rights of civil servants and local self-government officials, maintaining stable conditions for their service activities, as well as meeting the needs of vocational training, including professional development.

It should be recalled that last year National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" received a state order from the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and civil servants improved their qualifications in three programs, and future managers got acquainted with the work of the Interregional Department of NADS in Poltava and Kirovohrad regions.
