The player of the Polytechnic picked team becomes the gold medalist of the Ukrainian Free Pyramid Championship in billiards

Students of Poltava Polytechnic Vladyslav Pliasunov, Yevhenii Yekimovskyi and a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Volodymyr Perkun worthily represented the University Sports Club at the Ukrainian Championship among students in billiards "Free Pyramid". Athletes showed an interesting game, and experienced player Volodymyr Perkun became the gold medalist of the "Biliia" tournament.

Students of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" took part in sports tournaments of the Ukrainian Championship among students in billiards, which took place on February 14-17, 2022 in Kyiv on the basis of the billiard club of the National Aviation University. The winners and prize-winners of the tournament were 34 experienced players from eight regions of Ukraine, who demonstrated an exciting game, sportsmanship and iron will to win.

The picked team of Poltava Polytechnic in the tournament "Free Pyramid" was represented by Vladyslav Pliasunov, a student of 101-mFS group of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports; Yevhenii Yekimovskyi, a student of 201-GR group of the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas and graduate of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports in 2021 Volodymyr Perkun, who did not concede to their opponents in technique, demonstrated good results and a spectacular game.

According to the results of the tournament, the player Volodymyr Perkun won the first place in the tournament "Biliia" of the Ukrainian Free Pyramid Championship in billiards among students.

Earlier, the polytechnic team won the Cup of Ukraine in sports billiards among academic staff for the second time.
