The first-year student of group 101-EK of the Department of Economics, Business and Marketing of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" of the educational program "Economic Cybernetics and Analytical Economics" during her internship at the graduating department, Sofia Ivanova developed a sticker pack for messengers – Viber "Students of NUPP" and Telegram "Students of NUPP".
"At first, it was an internship test assignment, and only later on it turned into a full-fledged project, which I successfully implemented. Although it was just a test assignment, I wanted to leave a piece of myself as a memory when I am no longer an ordinary freshman, so that when looking at these stickers, others will wonder who created them.
My groupmate helped me in creating and presenting ideas for some stickers, and I am very grateful to him for that. A side view sometimes played a crucial role," – said Sofiia Ivanova.
According to the student, without taking into account time for rest and other external factors, about 70 hours were spent on the implementation of the project.
"When selecting ideas, I relied on the statistics of frequently used stickers in general to understand which emotions are better to present. There are also stickers without captions, this was done on purpose to encourage their use.
The only difficulty I can mention is that I drew them by hand on the phone. Before that, I had already practiced drawing on my phone, but you get tired quickly when you draw so much. There were also moments when I didn't know how to properly present the idea of a particular sticker.
Now I'm only in my first year, so I can't tell much about my studies. But I like it here. I think that if I were given the choice of where to enroll again, I would still choose the Poltava Polytechnic," – shared the student.
It should be recalled that the registration of NMT participants is open until May 3, and the NMT registration point at the Polytechnic is open seven days a week.
