During the celebration of the Education Workers’ Day of Ukraine, the rector of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko presented the scientist with a parliamentary award – Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and a badge.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Taxation, Laureate of the President's Prize for Young Scientists, Svitlana Sivitska is a graduate of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" in 2011, specialty "Finance", a representative of the scientific school "Secure-oriented economy management: state, region, enterprise", scientific supervisor and founder of which is the rector of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
Since 2015, she has been appointed Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs. During this time, the university has entered the prestigious world rankings, leading in national rankings, especially in terms of research and innovation. Vice-rector Svitlana Sivitska also provides high-level active international activities of the university and cooperation with numerous foreign partners of the university.
For her merits in the implementation of state policy in the field of national education and science, many years of conscientious work, personal contribution to the preparing of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, fruitful research and pedagogical activities, and high professionalism Svitlana Sivitska was awarded departmental awards of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine – Gratitude of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2018), Diploma of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2018) and Badge "Excellence in Education of Ukraine".
