From April 24 to 28, 2023, the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" will hold the Week for Safety and Health at Work dedicated to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
"We strive to form an active position of both university employees and students regarding safety at work, fire safety and life safety," – commented the head of the Department of Labour Protection Iryna Zorina.
The planned series of thematic events will end with a round table for the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, which is celebrated annually on April 28. As part of the round table, the results of the thematic competitions that took place in the structural subdivisions of the university aimed to raise awareness about the implementation of safe practices at workplaces and during the educational process in war conditions will be summarized.
Last year, events at the university took place under the slogan "Let's form a positive culture of safety and health together" with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Labor Office in the Poltava region and scientists.
