On February 6, during the meeting of the Rectorate of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", the Rector, Doctor of Economics, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko congratulated the scientist of the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics – Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Higher and Applied Mathematics Nataliia Ichanska.

It is worth mentioning that Nataliia Ichanska is a well-known scientist, an active popularizer of STEM education, the author of numerous mathematical studies, whose scientific, educational and professional life has been inextricably linked with the Poltava Polytechnic since 1995. In 2006, she successfully defended her dissertation on "Liev and conditional symmetries of some evolution-type equations", devoted to the study of symmetric properties of nonlinear evolutionary equations and finding their exact solutions.
The scientist continues to actively research symmetrical properties and exact solutions of nonlinear parabolic equations, inspiring young people to engage in research by her own example. Nataliia Vasylivna also cooperates with the Poltava territorial branch of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, advising schoolchildren and their teacher-mentors during the preparation and defense of scientific papers.
For significant long-term achievements, boundless faith in the development of student and youth science, high professionalism, conscientious hard work, initiative, the scientist was repeatedly awarded various departmental awards, Diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Honorary Certificates of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic".

A lot of festive greetings, warm words and sincere wishes were addressed to the hero of the day, and the white roses presented by the rector of the university became a bright symbolic embodiment of all the above.
Recently, the head of the Department of Finance, Banking and Taxation was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of the Poltava Polytechnic", and three scientists of the Poltava Polytechnic were presented with academic title certificates.
It should be recalled that the Polytechnic topped the ranking of higher education institutions of the Poltava region in the Webometrics 2023 ranking.
