WWF-Ukraine Leadership Program is an educational program for young people who are interested in topics of ecology, environmental solutions and community service, and who want to develop skills for creating their own initiatives or projects.
Training in the program will last 5 months and will be carried out under a modular system (2 days off per month) in a mixed format: online (via Zoom) and, under favorable epidemiological conditions, – offline.
The first mandatory meeting of participants will take place offline on March 5-6, 2022 in Kyiv.

Deadline for applications: 18:00, February 15, 2022
- You can become a participant if you are 16-25 years old and:
- You are interested in the topics of environment, climate, nature protection
- You want to implement your own environmental project or join such work in a team of like-minded people
- You are ready to act and you guarantee your active participation in the program
- You share the values of WWF
- You have completed a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 or you will have a certificate of negative PCR test results during offline meetings.
During the studying in the program, participants will receive trainings on leadership, project management, environment and climate, nature-oriented solutions, communications and other environmental topics. Also, partakers will have the opportunity to suggest and choose several learning topics on their own!
During the offline studying, organizers provide partakers with food, housing and handouts, as well as, if necessary, reimburse travel costs.
At the end of the course, a certificate of participation in the program is provided, and graduates will become the basis of a community with which WWF-Ukraine will jointly develop the youth program and the environmental movement!
After the stage of selection of participants by form, organizers will announce the results and next steps for all applicants.
