"Documentation and Information Activity" is a relatively new field of training specialists. The specialty is included in the list of European specialties that correspond to the Bologna process, which means that, in the context of Ukraine's integration into the European educational space, the best students will be able to improve their professional skills abroad and implement a wise aphorism: "Who owns information - that owns the world ".
The urgency of the specialty
The development of modern industry and the sphere of services requires highly qualified specialists who can effectively solve the problems of documentary and informational support of all spheres of social activity. It is precisely the documentation specialists that ensure the operation of administrative and management documentation at the appropriate professional level. Relying on modern information technologies, they carry out timely analytical and synthetic processing and obtaining information in various fields of socio-economic life, solve issues of professional training and advanced training of managers, search for reserves of management personnel, improve the style and culture of business relations. And this means that the specialty "Documentation and Information Activity" is important and especially needed in our time.

ACCEPTING DOCUMENTS
To the Poltava National Technical University named after Yuri Kondratyuk, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons who have completed general secondary education are accepted.
Applicants submit an electronic application (for preferential paper types) to enter the university.
When enrolling in the university, the entrant adds:
- Certificate of Full General Secondary Education (original or certified copy thereof);
- Certificate of EIA from three subjects:
- Ukrainian language and literature;
- the history of Ukraine;
- foreign language (English, German, French) or mathematics (at the choice of the entrant). For study only in contract form - geography.
- Six color photographs in the size of 3x4 cm,
- A copy of the passport;
- A copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification code;
- For boys, a copy of the certificate of affiliation to the compulsory section;
- Three postal envelopes with stamps.

- Envelopes of formats А4, А5.
A ppassport, military ticket or certificate of appointment to the compulsory section and documents granting the right to privileges, the person enters personally in terms specified for the submission of documents.
Applicants entering on the basis of the "junior specialist" for a shorter term of study make an introductory professional test that for graduate students of structural units PoltNTU (MHPK and PKNG) in the field of "Business" is conducted in the form of a professional competence.
