Short Description of the Program

The educational program "Logistics" is aimed at forming systemic knowledge and developing research and professional skills, abilities and competencies in the management of logistics business processes, strategic management of logistics systems in the context of deepening European integration of Ukraine, and supply chain security management. This makes it possible to carry out professional activities at enterprises and organizations of various types of economic activity and forms of management, as well as in the system of regional and state administration.

The training of specialists capable of identifying and solving specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of enterprise logistics management involves mastering modern information technologies, methods and techniques of analytical work in the field of logistics; tools for designing, modeling, forecasting the development of enterprises and their logistics systems.

Block of elective disciplines No. 1 "Logistics System Administration" under the educational and professional program: Supply chain management; Financial and investment management; Management of innovation activities of the enterprise; Reengineering of business models and business processes; Management of international trade operations.

Block of elective disciplines No. 2 "Commercial Logistics" under the educational and professional program: Warehouse logistics; Inventory logistics; Fundamentals of public procurement; Business administration; Cost and financial flow management in logistics systems.
