Short Description of the Program

The educational program “Organizations and Administration Management” is aimed at the system knowledge formation, as well as the development of research and professional skills, competencies for planning, motivation, control, organization and coordination of the enterprises development, institutions, organizations in order to ensure their competitiveness in modern conditions.

Training of specialists who can diagnose and solve practical problems and complex specialized tasks in the management of organizations field and their divisions, provides for the study of innovative approaches, methods, techniques, technologies, management tools using modern information and communication technologies. Specialists gain skills in organizing and managing business processes, modeling and forecasting them in order to make management decisions in the face of changes; substantiating strategies for enterprise development.
