Short Description of the Program

The training of specialists capable of diagnosing and solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks in the field of management of organizations and their units involves the study of innovative approaches, methods, techniques, technologies, management tools using modern information and communication technologies. Specialists acquire skills in organizing and managing business processes, modeling and forecasting them in order to make management decisions in the face of change; substantiating enterprise development strategies, etc.
